How It Works

From Submission to Settlement

1
Case Submission

You share debtor details and supporting documents (invoices, contracts) securely with our team.

2
Feasibility Assessment

We conduct a preliminary investigation to evaluate the debtor's financial status and determine the most effective recovery strategy.

3
Collection Action

We initiate a multi-channel approach including formal demands, phone negotiation, and field visits—strictly adhering to all legal regulations.

4
Recovery & Remittance

Upon successful collection, we secure the payment and promptly remit the funds to your designated bank account.

5
Reporting

throughout the process, you receive regular status updates so you are never left in the dark regarding your case progress.

Case Acceptance Policy

To maintain our high success rate and compliance standards, we screen all cases before acceptance.

1. Substantiated by Documents

You must provide proof of debt (e.g., Signed Contracts, Invoices, Delivery Orders, Acknowledgement of Debt).

2. Lawful Business Nature

The debt must arise from legitimate business transactions or legal personal agreements.

3. Within Limitation Period

The debt should ideally be within 6 years (Statute of Limitations). Judgement debts must be within 12 years.
